The Basic workshop – 3.5 days – includes:
- Activation of 5 levels of Merkabah Lightbody, the Physical Body, Emotional Body, Mental Body, Buddhic Body (Heart Centre), and Atmic Body (Throat Centre).
- Explanation of the Creation Story, how it relates to Sacred Geometry, Archangel Metatron’s Cube, the Golden Mean ratio and the Flower of Life.

- Karma Cutting Meditation through Archangel Michael to clear past karma, to sever all ties to people, places or events that have no relevance in our lives now and clear negative and ancestral DNA programming.

- At this level we are activating all 7 Merkabah Lightbodies.
- A more detailed explanation of the first three Prime Movements of creation including the Egyptian Mystery School teachings.
- At this level you are consciously undertaking to become a World Server.
- A full explanation of the 13 levels of Lightbody Activation and how these are experience each level. This is the mutational process the whole human race is undergoing and we will show the changes that are occurring in our DNA/RNA and cellular makeup.
- These Lightbody activations will allowing you to communicate with your Higher Self and Spirit in a truly magical way.
- Activate a group Merkabah as part of the service aspect of the Merkabah. This brings in healing energy for Humanity, the Animal, Vegetable and Mineral Kingdoms, and the Devic and Elemental Kingdoms. The primary qualification to teach the workshop, both Basic and Advanced, is the personal embodiment of the philosophy and sacred knowledge. This is achieved through integrating it as a daily practice and implementation it as part of one’s personal spiritual path. This may take 6 months of daily practice.
The first specific protocols and ‘Law’ of practice required to maintain the sanctity of this meditation is a declaration and disclaimer that is made at the start of the Basic workshop and to which all participants must agree.
Requirements to teach the Basic practice are:
- To have completed the 7 day Basic and Advanced workshop,
- Integrated the practices through using the Merkabah Meditation as a personal practice for at least 6 Months.
- A session with Christine to clarify and update the philosophy. This will be 1 to 2 hours and the donation is UK£110.00
